This beautiful home in Grayson, GA was under contract with the buyer did a radon test as part of their due diligence period. The Sellers were asked to install a mitigation system if the transaction was going to move forward.  We were able to work with the buyers and the sellers to install a system that reduced the radon levels and included an exterior aesthetic package with a 10-year warranty.
