Radon Mitigation in Madison, GA

Rhonda from Madison reached out to Georgia Healthy Homes after she had a fails radon test. Her home came back at 4.4 pCi/L which is higher that the EPA's recommended limit of 4.0 pCi/L. She was actively trying to sell her home, so time was of the essence!

After she originally contacted GHH, Craig Shane visited her home in Madison to come up with the best mitigation plan. Following Craig's plan, Trent Jones was later able to install an Eagle Fan to decrease the radon levels inside Rhonda's home. 

Luckily, Rhonda reached out to us just in time, so all work was able to be completed well before her closing date!
